Founding Partner
Andrea Ruschmann
Graduated in business administration, she began her professional career in financial institutions. She has extensive experience in the energy sector, having worked for 8 years at the AES Group, leading mergers and acquisitions, project finance and financial and corporate restructuring operations. She currently serves as a Board Member and Committee Representative for companies in the energy sector and/or which have this area as strategic within their business model.
Since 2023, in partnership with energy market professionals, she has been working as a consultant on the economic and financial structuring of energy transition projects.
